{{#titlehere:}} Please note that the present pages on the ICTP workshop were obtained from a mediawiki used during the workshop. There may be a number of links that go to missing pages, and other inconsistencies. Much of it is also very informal, and should be seen as workshop notes!

About EyA recordings: To view the EyA recordings, you need to have QuickTime. The effective bandwidth about EyA recordings is about 300kbps, so you need to have a relatively good connection to view it. Recordings can be downloaded. To find a download, you need to remember the time and day, and then go to the ICTP EyA index for that day, to find the corresponding download.

Navigating around EyA recordings: EyA recordings are taken fully automatically, and aren't split up into lectures. Below, you'll see entries like 'EyA 10am, from image 45'. This means that after clicking on the link (and letting a sufficient part of the lecture download), you need to advance to image 45, by dragging the quicktime play head. (The image number is given at the bottom left of the page, below the small image.)

Alternative recordings: For some sessions, recordings were produced as part of the workshop exercises. These participant produced lecture recordings are available as slides and audio, others are available as self-contained movies. The slide+audio recordings are sub-modem bandwidth, and can be fully navigated by slide. For the self-contained movies, low-bandwidth versions are available.

If you would like to see a recording, but don't have sufficient bandwidth to get it, please let us know, and we can provide alternative formats or post a CD.
