It may be useful to offer some brief thoughts on future report writers. Although the discussion is archive to the mailing list, it is useful to generate threaded views of the discussion on the wiki. Generally speaking, this strategy was adopted fairly quickly after the discussion had started. To this I also started adding the names of the various people contributing from about half way through the discussion. I found these edited threads useful in maintaining an overview of the discussion, and it allows others joining the discussion late (or those who were away for part of the discussion) to catch up quickly. Extracts from the discussion were logged to 'report pages', that could be turned around quickly into the actual report.

The pdf for this report was generated using the PediaPress pdf export pluging. However, because this wasn't installed on the OER wiki itself, the Special:Export function was used to extract pages, and the pdf was assembled on another wiki, c.f. http://www.ict4e.net for details about this process.
