1.1 Too much built-in intelligence?
Perhaps the intelligence should all be in decoupled web services which handle personalisation and OER metadata?
e.g. even an image can be an OER - it does not need to have any knowledge of how it might be used, or how to transform itself, etc..
However, when composing a higher level OER with pedagogical significance, then refer to the image in context etc. and store the meta-information somewhere other than with the image. The same applies at higher levels. K 09:53, 3 March 2009 (CET)
